The Coca-Cola Company was facing fierce competition for executive and leadership talent in a crowded job market. Their employer branding was heavily tied to corporate visuals, making it difficult to connect authentically with the next generation of problem solvers. They needed a vibrant recruitment identity that communicated innovation, inclusivity, and growth while differentiating Coca-Cola as a forward-thinking employer of choice.
We designed and implemented a North American recruitment campaign spanning brand identity, environmental activations, and digital engagement. By developing a refreshed graphic language and flexible guidelines, we created a dynamic system adaptable across all mediums, billboards, social media, trade shows, and digital platforms. This revitalized brand voice was both charismatic and approachable, attracting the leaders of tomorrow while aligning internally with Coca-Cola’s global brand equity.
