Through extensive research, brand repositioning, and immersive design work, we created a powerful, future-focused identity that connects the company’s physical spaces, digital presence, and stakeholder relationships.
Opportunity

Derwent London sought to refresh its brand identity to reflect its innovative spirit and strengthen its reputation among employees, investors, and occupiers. The existing brand lacked clarity and cohesion across touchpoints, and the company wanted to establish a forward-looking narrative that would reinforce trust, promote transparency, and create deeper connections with its communities and stakeholders

Solution

We conducted in-depth stakeholder interviews and multi-site visits, engaging directly with building managers, occupiers, and executive teams to capture the essence of the company’s values and ambitions. From these insights, we crafted a revitalized brand purpose, vision, and positioning framework, supported by a dynamic visual identity system. We designed comprehensive brand guidelines and digital assets to ensure consistency, while also envisioning physical applications within Derwent London’s spaces, creating a seamless experience that bridges brand, culture, and property environments
