EAV needed to articulate a clear and compelling vision for sustainable last-mile delivery at a time when cities were seeking innovative ways to reduce emissions and congestion. The challenge was not just to design a functional e-cargo vehicle, but to create a physical and visual language that made sustainability approachable, appealing, and credible. Their existing prototypes lacked a unified design language, limiting their ability to scale production, attract investors, and position themselves as an industry leader
We approached this challenge with a full end-to-end design strategy. Beginning with immersive research and creative ideation, we built physical prototypes and full-scale mockups that allowed EAV to test ergonomics, branding, and functionality in real-world conditions. By iterating with physical models and refining every detail—from material choices and color palettes to vehicle proportions, we developed a cohesive design language that communicates EAV’s values of innovation, accessibility, and environmental responsibility. The final output became more than a vehicle: it’s a scalable brand asset that defines EAV’s identity and positions them for global growth
