Karen’s leadership has an impressive track record of accomplishments, having earned a BBA in Management from Texas Tech University and holding SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. Throughout her career, Karen has held various leadership positions, serving as Conference Director for HR Southwest’s first President and then on the Board of Trustees of Dallas HRMA. She is also a sought-after speaker who has presented at numerous events, including HR Southwest, about topics such as Fast Track Recruiting, Creating a Workplace That Spans Generations, Implementing a Mentoring Program, A Roadmap to Driving Your Career and Cultivating a Supportive Work Environment.
